Points of Contact - Michael Bryant

A colourful and topical contemporary exhibition exploring humanity’s relationship with the natural world in which we ‘share’, Points of Contact is a thought provoking presentation ofGoolwa based Michael Bryant’s concern about the ever-increasing disconnection between humans and theenvironment.  Inspired by images from popular culture as well as from life and nature, the artworks speak of society’s obsession with dominating the natural world while the viewer is engaged in a process of their own reflection and creative interpretation.

Germein Art Focus - Five Years On

Germein Art Focus has continued to present exciting contemporary artwork through its gallery at Port Germein and at various galleries throughout the state since its inception five years ago.  Five Years On is the group’s chance to celebrate its success by displaying the latest paintings, drawings, prints and fibre art by members Harm Folkers, Neil Hann, Marek and Anna Herburt, Barbara Looby, Jan Pana and Clan Rodda.
