James and Ken began the morning with a talk of their experiences and unnusual occurances in their experience of valuation, then was able to provide our members with an insight into the history, origin and valuation of their "treasures". Following James and Ken, was Andrew, who gave a power point presentation on what Artlab does, the type of projects and restorations they have been involved in. He then went on to provide members with information on how to look after and preserve their treasures and consultations on specific restoration of their items. Artlab Australia offers a free community information service on the care and conservation of works of art, historic items and your family treasures. This gives you the opportunity to discuss with specialised conservators the condition and care of your item however large or small.
